Looking for tall, dark, and handsome? “Bert” is your guy and has the personality to boot! They truly don’t get any more kind or sweet than this guy, and he would be completely content to sample all the seasonal Little Debbie cakes and be your best friend every day. He loves his people, pigs, dogs, and horses- he is always the sweet and quiet one we put any new horse next to as “Bert” will always start grooming his new neighbors almost immediately!
Almost 3rd level ready plus working pirouettes. Competed 2nd level with scored to 68% in 2023 (first show season). “Bert” is sweetheart, goofy, friendly, in your pocket guy. Happy to pack through 2nd level, or a fantastic candidate to continue developing up the levels. Does need a confident rider at shows as he can get a little tense compared to his very quiet self at home. Nothing naughty, just needs confidence and miles!
“Bert” has the canter that you want to ride all day with excellent rhythm and cadence, and a trot that effortlessly glides and swings around the arena.
Recently started putting him over some fences and he’s been doing awesome! Super honest and willing to learn. He has great scope and a super rhythm which could make a great HJ mount, or maybe even eventing once he gets more jump experience.
Essentially ready to continue any direction with his new person.
